Omara is a Slovak jewelry brand based in Bratislava, specializing in the sale of gold jewelry (purity 585 and 417) and silver (purity 925). Since 2022, we have been combining traditional craftsmanship with modern e-commerce design, delivering certified engagement rings, wedding rings and gift jewelry to customers throughout the European Union.
Supervision
We are registered with the Assay Office of the Slovak Republic, which confirms the legality and reliability of our activities. All our gold products weighing over 1 g are subject to mandatory inspection and have state hallmark marks, which guarantee the declared purity of the precious metal. These markings are a confirmation of the quality, authenticity and compliance of the products with applicable legal regulations. Thanks to this, our clients are sure that they will receive a product that meets the highest standards.
Certificates
For precious stones, such as diamonds, sapphires or rubies, we attach certificates of authenticity issued by recognized international gemological institutes, including GIA or IGI, as well as expert certificates. These documents confirm the origin, quality and parameters of the stones, including their weight, color, clarity and cut. Thanks to this, our clients have full certainty about the authenticity and value of the purchased jewelry.

Service and logistics
1 We understand the needs of the modern e-commerce customer, which is why each product is created with the utmost care and attention to detail. The jewelry production process is individual and takes up to 15 business days, which allows us to ensure high quality workmanship and precise completion of each order.
2 After production is completed, orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. We use proven and safe forms of delivery, such as Paczkomaty InPost and reputable courier companies DPD, GLS and UPS, including express delivery options, to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
3We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. Returns are possible if the product - in the buyer's opinion - does not meet the required quality or workmanship standards.
4 We send each product in an elegant, corporate jewelry box that perfectly protects the jewelry during transport and is ready to be given as a gift, without the need for additional packaging.
