Redeeming a Coupon

• Only one coupon can be redeemed per order.
• Coupons can only be redeemed before completing the order.
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.

Validity

Gift coupons can only be redeemed for a limited time. The validity period can be seen on the coupon or in the respective campaign.

Returns

• It is generally applicable that items purchased using gift vouchers cannot be returned.

Terms and Conditions During Sales

• During a sale or other promotional event, processing and delivery of your order may take a little longer than you would normally expect from us.
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
• Credit and discount codes cannot be used on items that are on sale.
• If you have ordered an item that is subsequently on sale, unfortunately, we cannot apply the discount retroactively.
• During bulk sales, you often lose your entitlement to bulk discounts immediately upon returning an item.
• You can return items that were on sale within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Prices may change during a sale depending on the offer.
• Furthermore, it applies: changed discounts cannot be retroactively applied.
• Please note! Have you paid for goods on sale through Klarna? Then you must pay the invoice within 30 days despite delays.
   

How Can I Use a Discount Code?

You already have your favorite items in your shopping cart, but you would like to use a discount code. You can do it! Follow these steps to do it correctly:

1. Click on the shopping cart in the top right corner.
2. Here you will find the first option to apply the discount code, just below the cost overview.
3. Enter the discount code and then click on "apply discount" to see if the discount code has been applied.
4. Forgot to add the discount code? You can still add it in the next step when you choose the payment method.

• Multiple discount codes cannot be used.
• Purchase credit in the form of a code cannot be used in combination with a discount code.
• Discount codes cannot be redeemed after payment.
• Discount codes cannot be used on sale items or on the My Jewellery gift card.

Can I Return Discounted Items?

If an online purchase (discounted items) does not meet quality and standards requirements, there is an option to return the item. An item that does not meet quality requirements will be returned.

How Can I Use My Gift Card to Pay for an Order?

Our own special gift card! A great gift to give or receive. You can use the gift voucher in stores and in the online store. Use the gift card to pay for the entire order or part of it. After returning the order, the amount paid will be refunded to your card, so keep this card!

*You cannot set yourself how much is deducted from the gift card.

How Long is My Gift Card Valid?

The validity of my Jewellery gift cards expires 2 years from the date of issue. If you want to use the gift card as a payment method, also check the validity of the gift card.
