How Does the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Work?

You can return an item for a refund, resizing, engraving, or repair within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, simply follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the return form in your order profile grid. After that you will receive a return confirmation email with instructions.
  2. Prepare the Item: please return the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your order number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
  3. Ship the package to the following address: 81106 Staré Mesto, Obchodná Street, 559/37, Bratislava, Slovakia.

How long will my refund take?

Once we receive your returned item, we will process it within 2-4 working days. Your refund will be issued within 10 working days using the same payment method as your original purchase.

How to Return an Item for a Resizing

You can request one resize per item for free - simply fill out the order profile grid return form and choose return type "resize". After the confirmation, you will receive the email with instructions. Make sure to send the product for resizing without any additional items such as the box or certificate.

You can initiate a return directly from your order profile page on our website.

  • Navigate to the Orders section.
  • Select the order containing the item you want to return.
  • Click on Request a Return and fill out the form.
  • Receive the email with instructions and ship the item back
