Do I need to create an OMARA account to make a purchase?
No, you don't have to have a OMARA account to place an order; you can order as a guest. However, having a OMARA account has many advantages. For example, you can also login into your account any time and see the current status of your order in your order history. Signing up with a OMARA account is very easy and it takes less than a minute.
Can I cancel or update my order?
Yes, you can edit some of your order details (such as ring size, adding or removing personal engraving), or even cancel it within the first 30 minutes following your order. You need to contact us through at info@omara.sk and we would be happy to help you change, cancel or update your recent order.
Please note that:
*Cancellation is only possible within one day after placing your order.
*Cancellation and modification requests are only valid for orders that have not yet finalized the production process.
*Order cancellations and modifications may result in delays. You will be notified on your updated delivery date in case of delays.
Why are your prices lower than in other shops?
OMARA operates online avoid many unnecessary costs while many retailers are tied to costs of operating in an offline stores. You can read about us for more information.
What is a lifetime warranty?
Lifetime warranty guarantees that we will service your product free of charge for a lifetime in case of any manufacturer's defect. Please read our return policy for more detailed information.
How can I know that your company is real?
OMARA operates worldwide with a dominiciliation in Slovak Republic. You can check our official documents here. We work continuously to expand our local offices to provide our customers with better services.
Do you have an offline store?
Currently OMARA only sells online in order to give you the largest variety of options possible.
Are there any stores that sell OMARA jewelry near me?
We don't have any commercial agreements or B2B partners at the moment. If you see OMARA products sold by any other jewelers, it means that those are not genuine OMARA products and not under our warranty.
Do you send demo products so that I can see before placing an order?
We do not offer any demo products but we do offer a very flexible return policy, so you don't need to worry about placing an order and not liking it. Our return policy gives you a chance to return your product within 30 days following the receipt of your order as long as it meets the return conditions. Why I didn't receive a confirmation email for my order?
If you are expecting an order confirmation email but you haven't received it, please make sure that your payment has gone through and you have seen the order confirmation page on our website. If you are sure that the transaction was successful, check your spam folder to make sure the confirmation email was not blocked by your inbox. Can I order multiple items to see your products and compare them?
Each OMARA product is customized and produced based on customer's choice of options. We don't keep the product inventory and each product needs to go through the production process. This is why we kindly ask our customers to avoid comparison shopping and only order the item they like. Please remember that we have a 30-day free resizing policy and we do our utmost to satisfy our customers with the products that they choose. If you need to change the ring size or you are not happy with your product, we will gladly assist you. Orders including comparison purchase items are most likely to be canceled before the production process.
How can I get a voucher?
You can subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media to win vouchers and discount codes.
Where do I enter the coupon code?
When you add a product to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout, you will see the Gift Card / Voucher field on the payment method page. Please enter the code before you make the payment and make sure the discount has been applied. Discounts cannot be applied after placing an order.
What should I do if my order does not go through?
Check that all required fields have been filled out correctly. Your billing address should be entered exactly as indicated on your billing statement. If you continue to experience difficulties when placing your order, please contact us immediately.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Croatia, France, Italy, Portugal, and Spain.
How can I get my delivery to another country?
If you’d like your order delivered to a country different from the listed available countries, please include a detailed comment in the "Order Notes" section at checkout. Specify the exact destination, and our team will ensure your request is processed accordingly. If additional information or adjustments are needed, we will contact you promptly to finalize the delivery details.
How long does it take to receive my order? Can you ship the same day?
Each OMARA product is customized and is produced based on customer's choice of options. We do not keep the inventory of products and each product needs to go through the production process. We continuously work on improving the production time to make sure manufacturing can deliver our products as soon as possible. When you choose an item on our website, you will see an estimated date of delivery for that particular product in the cart. Usually, your product will be delivered within 17-20 working days to your address.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking the tracking link provided in the dispatch confirmation email. Alternatively, visit our tracking page and enter your order number and email address to check the status of your delivery.
Will my delivery be insured?
Yes. Delivery insurance is included in your carrier's tariff.
Will I have to pay tax and duty?

How will my package be delivered?
We prioritize security and ensure that all packages are delivered exclusively wrapped by a local carrier. Your order will arrive in eco-friendly packaging, accompanied by all necessary supportive documents to guarantee a smooth delivery experience.
Can I provide an alternative address?
We can update the delivery address at any time before your order is shipped. If you need to make changes, please contact our support team for assistance.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Currently, we primarily ship orders to personal addresses. However, you can enter your P.O. Box details in the shipping address, along with all necessary information, and we will ensure it is shipped there.
Can I place an order online but pick it up in the showroom?
Currently, OMARA products can only be ordered online and delivered to your address by a carrier.

Do you offer any financing opinions or flexible payments?

Do you display fixed prices only or can they change?
Product prices may change over time due to changes in metal prices and other variable production factors.
Why do prices increase with larger ring sizes?
Larger products may require more metal and larger diamonds or gemstones for production. Therefore, the price of the product may increase.
Do you save my credit card information after placing an order?
No, we don't. Our website is 100% secure and your payment transaction is encrypted. We don't store your credit card number or password. Please visit our security policy for further information.
Returns & Exchanges
How does your 30-day money-back guarantee work?
You can return the item for a refund, resizing, engraving, or repair purposes. Simply fill out the return form and insert the printed form into the package with the goods. The goods must be sent to the address 81106 Staré Mesto, Obchodná Street, 559/37, Bratislava, Slovakia.
After receiving the package, we will process it. This processing takes 2-4 working days. Then, within 30 working calendar days, you will be refunded in the same way the payment was made. For more information on returns, repairs, or resizing, you can read our Return of Goods informational page.
How can I return an item for a refund or resizing?
You can return the item and request a refund - simply fill out the return form and include the filled form in the package with the goods.
To return a product for resizing, please fill out the return form and follow the steps in the Returns section. Make sure to send the product for resizing without any additional items such as the box or certificate. These items will not be returned to you.
How long will my refund take?
You will be refunded within 10 working days in the same way the payment was made.

How can I personalize an item?
Our website gives you full control over any jewelry item that you would like to buy. We have a wide range of options for metals, gemstones, stone carats and other product features such as width, thickness, profile and surface (finish) depending on the design. Also, OMARA offers free personalized engraving on all eligible items.
Who designs OMARA jewelry?
OMARA has a large team of in-house designers. Each design is created by dedicated OMARA designers.
Do the designs on your website reflect what I will actually receive?
Yes, your product will be identical to what you see on the product page. Please remember that you zoom in to see the product details on the product page and the products look a little bigger than life size. Please make sure you check product dimensions for accurate visualization.
What happens if my ring doesn't fit?
Don't worry if your ring doesn't fit your finger because you can send your ring back for free resizing within the first 30 days following the receipt of your order. Please read our return policy for further information.
Can I get my item engraved?
Yes, you can select our free engraving option while you place your order.
How do I know if the product I choose is engravable?
If the product that you would like to buy is engravable, you will see the engraving option on the product page.
Will the delivery take longer if I add engraving to my ring?
No, engraving won't change the delivery time.
Are your rings hollow inside?
No, our rings are not hollow inside. Our products are solid and produced based on the metal properties selected by the customer.
How do I find my ring size?
