- Where do your diamonds come from?
Our diamonds come from ethical sources and are purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflicts and are in compliance with relevant international requirements.
- Do you sell natural and lab-grown diamonds?
All our products contain naturally grown diamonds. If we were to have lab-grown products in the future, we will specify it in the product description.
- Do you have any diamond guide for more information?

- Do you sell natural gemstones?
All our products containing colored stones are made only from natural stones.
PEARL INFORMATION
- How long does it take to manufacture your items?
Omara products "made to order" have an extended production time. The production of a pearl takes approximately about 12-18 working days.
- Can I add engraving to my ring?
Yes. Some products may have personalized engraving. When configuring products, you can add engraving.
- Can my pearls be set with other gemstones besides diamonds?
Yes. Products may contain diamonds, gemstones, and colored stones. You can choose the desired stone in the product configuration.
- Are Omara pearls hallmarked?
Yes. All Omara products are hallmarked.
- Why does white gold sometimes have a yellowish hue?
White gold does not naturally achieve its color. The white color of the gold metal is achieved by applying a layer of rhodium. This layer tends to slowly wear off over time, revealing the yellow color of the base gold.
- What is the difference between platinum and white gold?

DELIVERY AND PICKUP
- How will my package be delivered?
The package will be delivered exclusively wrapped by a local carrier.
- How long will delivery take?
Omara products "made to order" are custom-made according to your requirements. Therefore, your product will be delivered within 17-20 working days to your address.
- Do you offer free international shipping?
Currently, we do not ship items internationally. We are working on expanding our network to make our products available to everyone.
- Can I place an order online but pick it up in the showroom?
Currently, Omara products can only be ordered online and delivered to your address by a carrier.
- How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking link in the dispatch confirmation.
- Do you offer express delivery?
We will ship your order using the fastest delivery option offered by the carrier.
- Will my delivery be insured?
Yes. Delivery insurance is included in your carrier's tariff.
- Can I provide an alternative address?
We can adjust the delivery address before dispatching the order. In case of a change in the delivery address, contact our support team.
- Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Currently, we only ship orders to a personal address. We are working on the possibility of delivering orders to a P.O. Box.
- Will I have to pay tax and duty?
No. All taxes and duties are included in the product's sale price.
PAYMENT AND PRICES
- Do you offer any financial opinions or flexible payments?
Currently, we do not offer flexible payment terms such as installment payments, etc.
- Why is there a price difference between diamonds that are almost identical?
The price of a diamond depends on its shape, size, and clarity. Therefore, the price of diamonds may vary for almost identical stones.
- Do you display fixed prices only or can they change?
Product prices may change over time due to changes in metal prices and other variable production factors.
- Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees and charges.
- Why do prices increase with larger ring sizes?
Larger products may require more metal and larger diamonds or gemstones for production. Therefore, the price of the product may increase.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
- How does your 30-day money-back guarantee work?
You can return the item for a refund, resizing, engraving, or repair purposes. Simply fill out the return form and insert the printed form into the package with the goods. The goods must be sent to the address 81106 Staré Mesto, Obchodná Street, 559/37, Bratislava, Slovakia.
After receiving the package, we will process it. This processing takes 2-4 working days. Then, within 30 working calendar days, you will be refunded in the same way the payment was made. For more information on returns, repairs, or resizing, you can read on this page: Return of Goods
- How can I return an item for a refund or resizing?
You can return the item and request a refund - simply fill out the return form and include the filled form in the package with the goods.
To return a product for resizing, please fill out the return form and follow the steps in the RETURNS section. Make sure to send the product for resizing without any additional items such as the box or certificate. These items will not be returned to you.
- How long will my refund take?
You will be refunded within 10 working days in the same way the payment was made.
