Return of Goods
We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction and delivery of high-quality products. All our products are custom-made and manufactured according to customer specifications. Therefore, products from Omara cannot be returned.

You can return the product in cases where it does not meet quality and standards requirements or requires repair. All we ask is that you fill out the return form and include the printed form in the package along with the item.
To facilitate and streamline the entire process, please ensure that you have selected the correct reason for returning the product when filling out the return form and filled in all required fields. Without the required information, your request cannot be processed.
After submitting the return form, you will receive a confirmation email with the address where the product should be sent and a copy of the form you filled out. Print this form and include it in the package along with the returned item. Please note that your return request will be processed based on the information you provide online. Any written comments on the printed return request will not be considered.
Before shipping, please make sure that the package is securely packaged. We recommend insuring the goods before shipping and sending them in such a way that you have a tracking number for the shipment. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during transport.
We do not cover the cost of shipping, and the customer covers the entire amount.

Upon receiving the package, we will process it. This processing takes 2-4 business days. Please note that all items subsequently undergo quality control by our team, and based on this control and your request, additional fees may be charged. After checking the item, you will be prompted to pay any applicable fees. You will be informed of this step before the actual adjustment/repair/return of the item.

Before sending the item for return/repair/adjustment, please read the information below very carefully!
Return of Goods
All Omara products are custom-made and manufactured according to customer specifications. Therefore, our products cannot be returned within the 14-day period for withdrawal from the contract. Products can be returned if they do not meet quality and standards requirements. In such a case, the product can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the shipment.
To request a return, you must meet the following conditions:
- The item is returned in its original condition, without signs of use, scratches, stains, or other visible defects on the item.
- The original product seal is intact and has not been removed.
- The returned shipment contains all additional materials, such as the original gift box, certificates, and other promotional items.
- The size of the item has not been altered or otherwise modified.
- The product was not purchased with GIA certified diamonds.
- The item was returned to us within 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
- The refunded amount will be credited in the same manner as the payment for the item was made. (Except for shipping fees.) Please note that the payment refund transaction may take up to 10 business days depending on the type of bank or card issuer.
- Products purchased using shopping credit can only be returned in the form of similar credit for repurchase, not in cash. Shopping credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or used for services such as express delivery or size change fee.
Size Change
We are happy to change the ring size for you free of charge (engraving is not a hindrance) within 60 days from the date of receipt of the item. The size change process is usually free of charge. However, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for size changes. If additional fees for size changes are applied, you will be informed in advance. The right to free size change does not apply to custom or modified products (special orders designed and made according to customer requirements).
Please note that you can only change the ring size to sizes listed on our website. Rings that are custom-made to customer specifications (customer special orders designed and made according to their requirements) cannot be changed or exchanged for free.
The ring size change process applies only to the ring size. Expanding or narrowing the ring band is not included in this process.
To return a product for size change, fill out the return form and follow the steps in the section Size Change. Make sure you send the product for size change without additional items such as the box or certificate. These items will not be returned to you.
The product can be submitted for repair within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the shipment.
The size change process may take approximately 25 business days depending on the product, and a ring with a changed size will not be eligible for a refund.
Repair
To return a product for repair, please fill out the return form and follow the steps in the section Size Change. Make sure you send the product for repair without additional items such as the box or certificate. These items will not be returned to you.
The product can be submitted for repair within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the shipment.
Depending on the product, the repair process may take approximately 25 business days. The repair process is usually free of charge. However, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for repair. If additional repair fees are applied, you will be informed in advance.
